Appearance Leliana has short red hair that comes just above her shoulders, kept back behind her hood. When not in her armour Leliana favours fabrics of purple or grey, some lavender and lilac. She is around 5'7-5'8 and though may not look a threat to the eye it's an appearance she has long practised.

Abilities

BARD. Bards are trained in both archery and dual-weapon knifework. Bards are minstrels trained in the arts of assassination and spying, knowing how to weave their way in to someone's favour only to turn on them later. Bards are knowledgeable in history, often told through stories and song, so they do not repeat the mistakes of others - or become a part of history themselves. Leliana was trained as a bard in Orlais by Marjolaine, who ended up becoming fearful of Leliana's talents. Bards are also trained with hand gestures used to signal messages to other bards in the field. [1]
SPYMASTER. Using her skills as a bard Leliana initially became Divine Justinia V's spymaster, becoming the Left Hand of the Divine. After the attack at the conclave, and Divine Justinia's death, Leliana continued her role as Spymaster for the Inquisition, using her numerous resources and network of agents to gain whatever intelligence and advantage they could over the ongoing threat.
ROGUE. In addition to being trained in both archery and dual-weapon knifework, as all rogues are trained in one or the other, Leliana is also skilled at trap detection and lock-picking. She also has the ability to make and use poisons or grenades for combat.

WORLD STATE

ORIGINS.
joining the grey wardens. An human mage ( Solana Amell ) is recruited by Duncan to join the Grey Warden's after an incident happens at the Circle of Magi.
broken circle. The mages were saved and joined the final fight.
the arl of redcliffe. Jowan is freed and told not to do any more damage. The Warden made a deal with the demon in a trade for its life, learning blood magic. Connor was saved.
nature of the beast. Peace was obtained between the elves and the werewolves and the curse was broken.
the urn of sacred ashes. The Warden defiled the Urn of Sacred Ashes and Leliana died defending it.

a paragon of her kind. Harrowmont was supported for king. Branka was killed and the Anvil of the Void was destroyed. The dwarves and the Legion of the Dead joined the final fight.
the landsmeet. Loghain was killed at the Landsmeet + Alistair became King.
the battle of denerim. Alistair took part in the ritual with Morrigan and killed the Archdemon. Leliana was later revived in the Temple of Sacred Ashes but does not know how.

DRAGON AGE 2.
prologue. Marian Hawke, an apostate mage, flees Lothering with her family during the Fifth Blight. On the way to Kirkwall her sister, Bethany, is killed.
act one. When Hawke goes on the Deep Roads Expedition she leaves Carver behind in Kirkwall, who becomes recruited into the Templars.
act two. Hawke kills the Arishok and is named Champion of Kirkwall. Hawke romances Fenris.
act three. Hawke sides with the mages, though allows Anders to lives.

INQUISITION.
the wrath of heaven. An elven woman ( Ellana Lavellan ) was discovered at the Temple of Sacred Ashes. She would later be named Inquisitor.
the threat remains. In Val Royeaux the Inquisitor denied being chosen by Andraste, stating she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
in hushed whispers. With the invitation from the mages the Inquisition travels to Redcliffe, allying with the mages. Leliana learns of what happened, and her fate, in the possible future.
in your heart shall burn. The Inquisitor closed the breach and defends Haven against Corypheus before retreating, making their way to Skyhold.
from the ashes. The Inquisition learns that Hawke still lives, and that Varric had lied. With Hawke's information they set out to find the missing Wardens.
wicked eyes and wicked hearts. Celene rules alone, Florianne's crimes were exposed. Celene and Briala reconciled.
here lies the abyss. Stroud was revealed as Hawke's Warden contact. Stroud and Hawke accompanied the Inquisitor and were pulled into the Fade. Stroud remained in the Fade and the Wardens joined the Inquisition. Hawke joined the Wardens at Weisshaupt and Leliana learned of their involvement in the Divine's death.
what pride had wrought. The Inquisitor completed the elven rituatals. Allied with the Sentinels and convinced Abelas to relent. Morrigan drank from the Well of Sorrows.
the final piece. Morrigan chased Kieran through the eluvian. Flemeth removes the Old God soul from Kieran. Morrigan tells the Inquisitor that she knows how to match the red lyrium dragon's power.
doom upon all the world. Corypheus was defeated.
